Welcome to the Brighton Roosters Softball Club

Since 1984, the Brighton Roosters have been part of the northern Brisbane community — bringing players and families together through the game of softball.

We welcome players of all ages and experience levels, from beginners picking up a glove for the first time through to competitive senior teams. If you're looking for a fun, supportive and community-focused sporting club, we'd love to have you join the Roosters.

OUR TEAMS

From T-Ball to senior competitions - we have a team for every age and stage.

Junior Teams

We offer T-Ball for kids from age 5, with teams right through to Under 16s. Junior training is a highlight of the week, skills, confidence, friendships, and plenty of fun.

Our women's program has something for everyone, A, B, and C grade divisions to suit all skill levels.

The Roosters aren't just a summer club. We play across two seasons and compete in major tournaments throughout the year — so there's always a reason to get on the field.

Our main competition season

Played on Saturdays at Redcliffe for junior, women’s and men’s teams and is the perfect time to get involved in the club.

The 2026 Summer Season is starting earlier and a little shorter than usual due to the WBSC Women's Softball World Cup Finals at Redcliffe from the 5th to 11th of April 2027.

SUMMER SEASON DETAILS

We have teams for Tball , Under 10's, 12's, 14's, 16's, Ladies A,B or C divisions and a Men's team.
